Merge Calendars

Is it possible to merge the local calendars of any users to one public
calendar, without any shareware-tools like Public SyncTool? We use Outlook
2000 and MS Exchange.

Not automated. There is no option for that in outlook or Exchange.
You can select everything in the calendar and copy it to the public folder
manually.
