merge data issue

when i merge my letter...one of my fields is a number and
it has about 12 decimal places..when i've set the format
of those cells in excell to show two decimals places..this
is very frustrating!!...Help!!

Hi Scott,

Which version of Word are you using?

You may want to look at the information on Formatting merge
data in the mail merge FAQ on my website. And at the Word
2002 material, if that's the version you're using.
