I have an excel file that is 75 lines (records) long. When I merge the excel file into a Word document only 70 lines (records) merge. The last 5 files (the Last Names begin with W) are omitted. If I reverse the alphabetical order and merge the excel file into a Word document the last 5 files (the Last Names begin with A) are omitted. Is there a limit on the number of excel files which can be merged with Excel?

There is no such limit. It appears you've configured the mailmerge incorrectly, perhaps by specifying a named range that doesn't span the entire data set.

I think I figured it out. I don't understand why, but at least I know what to do in the future. Thank you for your help.
