merge info from multiple cells

I need to merge data from 1 cell with data in multiple cells into multiple
cells.
ie. job location to multiple job types
I can merge one by one but not multiples
Can anyone help me

Please don't merge cells. Read the archives of these newsgroups to find
countless reasons why not.
