Merge Outlook Calendars

Denis

Office 2007, Windowx XP.
User A (manager) has a full, current calendar. User A has delegated Editor
rights to User B (assistant). User B does not use her own calendar, which is
blank.

User A has left the company, but items on her calendar are still needed.
User B can still access the calendar. I would like to actually move/merge
everything on User A's calender to User B's calendar, so that we can delete
User A's mailbox. I'm not seeing a way to do the export/import/merge. Any
ideas?

Importing/Exporting:
On User A's calendar, view the appointments by Category and then select all
the items you want to merge over. Select "File --> Import and Export.." and
then select "Export to a File". Select PST file from the list and then
follow the prompts for creating the file. On User B's computer, select
"File --> Import and Export..." and then select "Import from another file".
Select PST file from the list.

Merging/Copying:
I believe you could also just pull up both calendars next to each other and
then drag an item from User A's calendar onto User B's calendar. Probably a
lot easier than the import/export method.

Open user A's calendar in user b's profile and drag the items to user b';s
calendar.
