When I open a document I get the question:
Do you want to merge changes in <document> back into <old
document>. You can answer "Yes", "No", and "No, and don't
ask again"
Whatever I choose, the question keeps returning.
Note: other users don't have this problem.
Note: <old document> doesn't exist anymore.
How to remove this nasty question?
