You can only use this feature to merge two user accounts that are in PWA
only and are not listed as resources in the Enterprise Resource Pool. For
example, your Project Server administrator has accidentally created two PWA
user accounts for an executive named Mickey Cobb. The first account was
created as Cobb Mickey and the second one as Mickey Cobb, and this executive
is not a member of the Enterprise Resource Pool. You can use the Merge
feature to combine the two into one account. Hope this helps.
