Merging Address Books

Is it possible to merge more than one address book into a
single address book in Outlook 2000? If so, how?

When you say "address books", are they separate files like the old .PAB
format or perhaps a .WAB from Outlook Express? Or are you talking about
Contacts folders?

I think that given the terminology, I would have to call
them contact folders, for lack of a better term. A couple
of them came from independant Address books, but are now
only preserved as an indented contact folder.

Thank you,

Fred

If all the contacts are in Contacts folders, the easiest thing to do would
be to move all the contacts into one folder (the default Contacts folder
would be the best choice). In one of the other Contacts folders, switch to
an unfiltered table view such as By Category, use CTRL+A to select all
items, then drag them to the default Contacts folder.
