Merging data from more than one file to form a graph

W

Warren

We are property developers and have created and saved files on each
development. The files contain time scales showing when the building will
start to when to start the sales program. What we would like to do is have
one seperate file where we can import all relevant data from the other
projects to form a graph enabling us to clearly see the total use of our
resources and also permiting us to double check that we are not expecting to
build on one site when we are building on another as we may not have enough
staff to to do the both.

Can anyone help?

Thanks

Warren
