Merging Database Queries into Set Format for Pop-up & E-mail

How do I use Frontpage 2002 to merge customize visitor
info responses against an Access database (for
Sponsorship opportunities) into a pre-set page-layout
(using tables) that can be displayed in a pop-up window
and/or e-mail to visitor. Part of visitor info response
would include their e-mail address, Name, Company, Level
of sponsorship and Sponsorship category. The pre-set
layout will summarize sponsorship features and details
based on info visitor provides.

You need to get more familar with FrontPage, what asking
is what FrontPage is designed to do. You may want to have
someone design this for you. Most of what your asking is
done with forms a the DRW.
