Merging presentations

Is it possible to merge two presentations prepared on two different templates into one slide show? We need to run a presentation prepared on our company template immediately after a presentation prepared by one of our customers, and don't want to have to switch on/switch off between the two, or run two computers. Any tricks?

If using PPT 2002-2003 with support for multiple masters this is no problem.
If using PPT 97 or 2000 you can link one presentation to another, here is a
great tutorial on how to accomplish linking:
