Merging two users, both me

I have two user account Stephen & Stephen Wood.

Stephen is a Project Server User account, that is an enterprise resource and
is assigned to projects.

Stephen Wood is a Window Authenticated User and is not listed as an
enterprise resource, but is my preferred user as I can automatically connect
to Project Server.

Can I merge Stephen into Stephen Wood?
Will Stephen Wood then become an enterprise resource?
Will Stephen Wood take over task assignments on projects?

You should not have a problem merging into the Windows
Authenticated account.

Thye account Stephen Wood is not an enterprise resource. Stephen is. So it
errors out when I try to do it. It says it can't merge the two.

In addition to below, I would add that Stephen Wood is a user, but is not a
resource. How can I make him an enterprise resource?
