mesage bolked on out box on outoolk 2007 , how to delete?

I head before outlook 2003 and pretty happy with. I upgraded to 2007 and
since just problems.
now i have 2 messages stuck om my outbox and i can't get rid of them. The
2003 would let me to work offline and delete messages when I head similar
scenario.
any steps to do would be very much appreciated.

So why can't you do the same on 2007?
