Message - access e-mail addresses

Whenever I try to open or send a message using outlook
2002 I get the following message: "A program is trying to
access w-mail addresses you have stored in Outlook. Do
you want to allow this? I can choose yes or no and also
grant access from 1 to 10 minutes. Is there anyway I can
change this setting indefinitely?
