I have been using Outlook 2003 on a Windows XP system for
a couple of weeks now, and just the other day I started
seeing a note on my desktoop when I am not in Outlook
that says "1 unread mail message". I have no unread
messages in my mailbox and yet can't get rid of this
note. Both my husband and I are seeing this note
regarding our e-mail accounts and neither of us has any
unread messages in our mailboxes.
Anyone else have this problem? How do we get rid of it?
