message appears in autopreview not when open though

I have Outlook 2003 on my personal home computer.

Every once in a while. I'll get a message from someone that I can read the
first couple lines in my autopreview mode, but when I open it, I can't see
anything!

HELP!
Very frustrating.

On one of these messages, can you go to View -> Options, copy the Internet
headers from the pane at the bottom of the dialog, and post them? I
suspect the message is badly formed by whatever client sent it.
