Message Autofill - Outlook

Hi guys!

Now I'm moving to Outlook from TheBat and missing some futures available in
TheBat(((
Is there any possibilities to automatically add in the new message following
text:

To: Somebody (recipient name)
Fm: FromMe

Re: Subject
Sometimes Subject in the header and body of message must be auto filled
depending on recipient (for example digits sequence).

Is this real?
