Outlook 2003 Reject header forgery

One of our users is getting rejections for header forgery when he
replies or forwards a message from one of our catch-all email
accounts. The message quoted below was generated when the user
received a message to [email protected] from [email protected] and
replied to it using Outlook 2003. The ISP that runs the POP server
says its an Outlook problem. The user has multiple email accounts
setup within outlook. What should I look for to fix it?

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

That's a recipient server-side error. Contact your recipient and inform
them they'll need to adjust their junk filter if they wish to receive your
mail.

There may be a way to address it on the client end, but you'll have to state
what kind of account you're using and how you select the alternate address.
