Message being sent at the same time every day

My boss is having a problem with an email being sent to a client everyday at
the same time. Does anyone know how to fis this? It is going to an AOL
account.

Do they have anything installed that might be doing this? Check for Outlook
addins & such. Normally, it's not a function of Outlook without additions or
scripts like the stuff described here:
