Message body appears blank???

I and my family are experiencing a problem with outlook
express 97/98. We cannot see the contents of any Email that
we send or recieve. I tried reinstalling outlook and
internet explorer, but to no avail. My internet provider
(comcast high speed cable) could not find an explanation or
solution either. I also attempted accessing our email
accounts from the comcast online website, but the messages
were blank there as well. It could be a virus or some other
abberation, but i do not know. If anyone else has
experienced this problem, then any advice or information
would be greatly appreciated! The email given is my
father's, so please put the nature of your message in the
subject line. Thanks again!

Ask in an Outlook Express newsgroup. Try entering REGSVR32 INETCOMM.DLL at
a command line prompt.

Brian,
You are the best. I just posted this question to the main
newsgroup with hopes of an expediate answer. I decided
to search the previous post and found your answer to this
question. I ran the following line from the run command
regsvr2 inetcomm.dll and it worked..this was wonderful
support..thanks again..


Maybe you can help me with a another mystery..

my home page is now res://vaemk.dll/index.html#26643
I am not sure what spyware was able to hijack my home
page but I have run adware, spybot and ran
viruscan..nothing has helped..maybe you know of a spyware
program or registry entry I can delete to get my home
page back to comcast.net..Any suggestions?

STill the wrong group, and you should make it a habit of asking int he
correct group, but have you opened IE, and then clicked Tools>Internet
Options and modified the home page address to be http://www.comcast.net/ ?
