Message body is disappears when printing

When printing email from outlook (v2003, on windows XPSP1 and now SP2,
exchange server 2000) the message body does not print, only the headers and
footers. It does not show up in the print preview either. I doesn't matter
which printer I attempt to print to. It is only happening with 1 user.

If I recieve a text email it will print correctly, but will not if it is an
HTML message.

Also if I try to print a webpage from Internet Explorer (6.1 SP1) it does
the same thing, prints the headers and footers but no body.

If I print to a file as opposed to a printer it is works correctly.

Things I have tried:
I have reinstalled outlook, ran all the latest service packs for windows
(sp2), and office, ran spyware and virus scanners (all ok). I have attempted
to use different style sheets in IE, used different encoding, cleared all
temp files using disk cleaner as well as manually going through and cleaning
them, I have removed all cookies, temp internet files, and objects, I have
reset all browser defaults, I have tried logged in as an administrator and
power users, I have enabled and disabled macros in word, I have tried with
the browser security settings all the way to low, I have tried everything
that I can think of short of reloading windows.....

Everything else works just fine on this computer with no other
complaints.???? HELP
