I have a strange issue with one of my users and outlook.
Whenever she receives a message in Plain Text, the body of the message is
not viewable. She is not having any problems with Rich Text or HTML
messages. If she forwads the plain text message, the next person can see the
original message. The issue occurs with both internal and external emails.
This is on a Citrix / Terminal server and the other 20 users are not having
this problem. I tried creating a new email profile, but that did not help.
I also checked Options, Mail Format, Internet Format and Internation Options
and it looks like she has the default settings.
