Message body missing with web access reply

When I reply to a message from my pc that is logged into echange via the web
access advanced mode the message body displays only a "red X" If I log into
exhcange via the web access basic mode it works fine.
If I use a differnt pc I can log into exchange via either modes through web
access without problems. Any idea what might be holding up my main pc from
replying in advanced mode?
