There are several numerical limits on a field. The data entry people need to
know when a limit has been reached for that subject as they enter the data
in. For example, student can take 6 classes or 30 math credits, but is
allowed only 20 credits. Those extra need to placed in a different catagory.
I can't figure out how to have a running sum tied to the entry form.
