Message contains script Outlook cannot displat

Dick jenkins

On occasion I receive an E-mail message in Outlook2002
that locks up my Word program. When such a message arrives
you will always see the following message appearing in the
header section of the message:

"This HTML message contains script, which Outlook cannot
display. This may affect how the message appears."

If you attempt to reply to such a message MS Word will not
initiate. The only way to kill the sand dial icon and the
initiation process of Word is to enter Task Manager and
select End Task. That act will stop the initiation process
of Word but if you then select another message not
displaying the warning message appearing above Word will
not initiate. You must reboot your computer to have the
ability to reply to other messages.

What script is Outlook warning me about? Is it ActiveX
script? This is quite annoying; does someone have a fix
for this problem?

Thank you, Dick Jenkins
