Message control or _DocSiteControl

Outlook XP - POST Form. Word is editor.
I put Message control in the form using Field Chooser.
In the FORM property page check control UseWordmail is not enabled (also
text control Word Template ) and after posting new item message control is
not editable. The message editor is not word, i think HTML . IN Tools Option
word is checked. This is my problem, anyone can help me !?

The strange thing is that in the same folder other item, same MessageClass
for this items, message control is editable and word is editor.
