"Message deleted without being read"

I have one user in my org that does not get any mail from a specific email address, but other users in the org do get it.
The sender gets the above message back "Message deleted without being read"
Has anyone got any ideas what i can do to stop this?
Am running outlook 2003 with Exchange 5.5

Cant help thinking that this forum is not particularly good.
The posts for outlook have plenty of people looking but no one is replying ??
I will be leaving this post on but will not be adding anymore, and i will find a more suitable forum to post in.
