Message did not reach intended recipients

User gets this message when sending e-mail internally or
to the enternet.He can however receive emails. We are
using Outlook 2002 on W2K SP4 with are the current
patches/updates.In Options, settings seem to be the same
as other users who dont have problems. This user have no
problem at all before today. Spybot search found no
problems.
