When some of us send an message, sometimes message becomes like below.

Hi,
I'm = done working for=20 the day but I will take care of this tomorrow,
since I have all the = latest=20 TMs..

Or sometimes when we send an html page from IE 6.0, the person will receive
the page showing no pictures or anything but source code looking staff.
This doesn't happen all the time. It happens once a while. Does anybody
know why and how to fix this?
Most of our employees have Outlook2000
