Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.

You can also find some good Outlook Express information here:

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, paul r asked:

Hello Milly,

I am seeing this blank message problem in Outlook 2003. It is using POP3
email provided by Interland (the ISP). Everything, except the message text
area is good - even attachments come through fine. Outlook 2003 and Office
2003 updates are current as of today. Some senders messages have this
problem and some do not. Have you heard of such a problem, before? Are
there any solution stategies, which you might have?

Thank you,
Charles

A Google of this group leads to articles (listed below) that seem most
pertinent, although some may be inapplicable, since I didn't read the entire
threads of each. One thing you can try is to open a command line window and
enter:

regsvr32 inetcomm.dll
regsvr32 outlmime.dll

or you can try using the /regserver switch on the OL 2003 command line.
