Message: Enterprise standard calendars are needed

G

GG

I have created a template offline and I am now
saving the file as a template on the server.

When I click Save As... I get the following
message.

Enterprise standard calendars are needed.

Enterprise standard calendars are required to :
Build a team for a non-enterprise project
Save a non-enterprise project into the server
Import resourses to the enterprise.

This may result in changes to schedule dates.
Do you want to continue?

Select Yes or No

How do I prevent this message?

I am the admin on the server and I have created
3 calendars for teams to select from.

Will we only get this message if we are using the
saving as when saving files onto the server from our
desktops? Point me to the documentation on this error
message.

Thanks,

Before you attempt to save this project as an enterprise project template,
you should create those three custom calendars in the Enterprise Global
file. Once you have done this, you should import the project using the
Import Project to Enterprise Wizard, and elect to save it as a template. In
fact, I would recommend that everyone on your project managers team should
use the Import Wizard instead of clicking File - Save As... Hope this
helps.
