We have a user that stores his pst file on his hard drive. Every few weeks
he a few messages get hung in his outbox. We try to delete them but it give
us a "This messaging interface has returned an unknown error. If the problem
persists, restart Outlook. We try to delete the message in outlook safe mode
with no luck. I end up having to recreate his account and importing only the
inbox and send items. If I import the the outbox then it will not work
again. any ideas? Thanks
