message left on server

I have a work email account which I access at home.

At Home i have set it so messages are left on the server (so I can read them
at home but get them again at work)

Outlook repeatedly downloads the same emails each time I send and recieve.
(outlook express got it right and just did it once)

Is there a setting for this somewhere?

I have oulook 2003
