machine OS is XP, running at 2.8G 500M ram, connected to
a university ethernet.
all upgrades, patches, etc. for XP and office are
installed.
e-mail comes in OK, attachments and all, but nothing is
going out -
the "send" tab-bar in the outbox gives the message -
"message not sent".
and I cannot seem to find any reference to that error or
any assistance in Microsoft databases.
