MESSAGE RECEIVED: Invalid Product Key Number

When trying to download templates from Office Online, I recieve the message:
"Invalid Product Key #," though I have entered it many times and checked for
accuracy. I'm using Office xp Standard for Students and Teachers, Version
2002. Thanks for any suggestions.

You are prompted for the product key when you open an Office program
