We have been using the Outlook message rules to filter junk emails (body of message as well as subject line) and it has been working up to 70-80%. My question is specific to what words you filter. My boss would like to delete the word "men" from the message filter because other words in the email message may contain the letters "m e n". Will the message rules recognize just letters within words and filter them too
