Message stuck in outbox when using "Send To"

Hi,

I have a user with Outlook 2003.

If he create a new mail and attach a PDF file, then the message is sent
perfectly.

If he on the other hand right clicks the PDF file, clicks Send To ->
Mail recipient, fill in the mail and click send, then the mail is stuck
in the outbox.

Any suggestions????
