Message Threads

Is there a way to organize a mail folder so that messages are organized
similar to newsgroups? Based on whether or not the message is a reply?

Have you tried the Arrange By Conversation view?

Thanks but I did try that. The problem was that it picked up unrelated
messages that happen to have similar subjects.
