I formerly had a tracking in each message where I could track replies to my
emails in one location. I do receive read receipts but I need to delete them
once received and rely heavily on the tracking tab to keep that info for me
in one place. These have disappeared after our IT dept. reloaded Outlook on
my PC after repeated glitches in the program.
Can anyone help me understand where and how to restore the tracking tab by
default in every email I send?
