I have a user on Windows XP (laptop) and Office 2000 whose
message view is not working properly. If we set it to
Message view, it shows them with preview (the first few
lines of the email body) but if we set it to Message with
AutoPreview, it displays Message only. Strangely, a few of
the email's in Message view appear with the first few
lines of body text but most are just the subject line.
