message will not leave outbox?

For several days I have a message that will not leave outbox. I've tried to
delete it, move it ect... I get a message that it is sending... However it
will not send??

Take Outlook offline (File > Work offline) and try to delete the email. If
that doesn't work, go into your Outbox and open the email. Close it, then try
to delete it.
