Microsoft office 2003 pro
Outlook 2003 - fully patched on a Windows XP Pro machine - also fully patched.
When the user sends a message it goes out just fine. When they send a
message with an attachment it sometimes will get stuck in the outbox and
outlook will give an error message that there was an error. The problem is
that it does send the file, every time the error comes up it sends it again
and again. But the message still show in the outbox, and the error message
comes up saying that there was an error.
We have repaired outlook, we have changed smtp servers. This problem happens
on two different accounts, that are hosted with two different hosting
companies.
It seems to happen more often when the attachment is over 2MBs
The exact error message that we get is:
Task '[email protected] - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC0B) : 'Unknown
Error 0x800CCC0B'
Any help would be appreciated.
thanks,
Andy Suarez
