Hi Brian,
thank you for the answer :)

The question:
How to fix a problem?
When bad created message comes to user mailbox, Outlook cannot download any
messages until the "bad" one is deleted.
here is the message (taken from mailbox):

Return-Path: <[email protected]>
Received: from ring.nhc.com (10.0.0.20) by nhcnet.nhc.com (Worldmail
1.3.167) for [email protected]; 1 Dec 2004 14:41:54 -0500
Message-ID: <[email protected]> (added by nhcnet.nhc.com)
Received: from jaures-1-82-226-141-166.fbx.proxad.net ([82.226.141.166]) by
ring.nhc.com with Microsoft SMTPSVC(5.0.2195.6713);

The best answer, in my opinion, is to use the webmail interface to remove
the offending message from the message store prior to using Outlook to
download messages.

The best answer, in my opinion, is to use the webmail interface to remove
the offending message from the message store prior to using Outlook to
download messages.

Also, do you have any anti-virus or anti-spam software scanning your
incoming messages? I don't think Outlook will reject badly-formed headers,
I think it will just ignore them, so I'm suspicious that something else is
involved...
