I regularly get the message "You don't have appropriate permission to perform
this operation" when outlook scans my mail base on rules that I have setup,
although I am the administrator. If I run the rules manually I also get this
message but if I run it multiple times, it goes thru and cleans it up.
Whay I am getting this message and is there a way to elliminate it????
