Messages appear in what seems like giberish (uninteligable)

Recently I've been receiving e-mails through entourage that appear
unreadable, BUT if I copy and paste, or forward, I can then read the
message although this sometimes changes the formating. Might this have
anything to do with my fonts and suitcase? Addionally has anyone
encountered a conflict between Entourage and Photoshop, causing
photoshop to crash, when bouncing between Photoshop (CS1) and Entourage?

This is (was?) a bug in the HTML Rendering engine that affected some complex
HTML messages. I thought it was fixed in an update, but maybe not. Just
double-check your installation is up to date by selecting 'check for
updates' from the 'help' menu.

If it is a recurring problem, you can turn off the complex HTML rendering
engine by UNchecking 'Display complex HTML' under the Security pane of
Entourage preferences. This will have the unfortunate side effect of
spoiling the display of 'newsletter' type emails.

Delete the "com.microsoft.browserfont.cache" file in ~/Library/Caches.

"~" represents your home folder, which is usually located in /Users/<Your
User>/ and is accessible by going to Go > Home in the Finder.
