Messages are deleted once previewd

Hi,

I am running Outlook 2000 and 98 on 2 machines which are connected to the
Company's Exchange 2003 server. These 2 machines have the same problem,
Email is being permanently deleted after is viewed. I scanned both machines
for viruses came back clean and the virus definition files are up to date.
Both machines have the latest patches applied. Any idea what causes that and
how to solve it? Thank you in advance.

Are you sure the user doesn't have the view filtered to show only unread
messages?

Same problem here, except the user is running Outlook 2003 (IMAP) and not
against Exchange.

Any ideas? I've looked through all the settings I can think of without any
luck.
