Messages are received twice

I use Microsoft Outlook 2003. Suddenly many of the recipients whom I sent
mail to, complain about receiving the messages twice. It seems that it
especially happens with mail that I forward. I use 4 accounts and it happens
no matter through which account I send the messages. I also receive double
messages from some of my contacts.

I would really appreciate it if someone can help my to rectify this problem.

I have the same problem, I receive some messages double. I don't know about
sending messages double, haven't heard from receivers any complains..
