Messages from Contacts are routed to the Junk folder

I am missing important messages and eventually finding them in the Junk
folder...even though they are coming from co-workers who are set-up as
Contacts, and don't contain any "dirty" words! What's up with that?

I'm on Win2000 and Outlook 2000 (9.0.0.2711)
