Messages not going to proper Inbox HELP!!

MIS Ed

Hi,
I installed Outlook 2002 to resolve my address book issues.

Now my problem is:

I have to email accounts. I have created 2 PST files, one for each account.

The default account receives the e-mails in it's proper inbox. The 2nd
account does not- when messages come in for the 2nd account, they get dumped
in the default inbox and not the 2nd inbox.

Is there a way to have the e-mails go to their respective inbox folder??
Same thing would go for items sent from the 2 accounts. I would like to see
the items sent from the 2nd account go into it's own sent items folder...

Please help.

Thanks.

You will have to create a rule to do this. By default, all incoming mail
goes to the Inbox in the "default" pst file. The only other way to do this
is to set up a second profile for the second mail account. The downside of
this is that you cannot have both profiles open at the same time.
