messages properties

Hello,

My Outlook 2003 client has, all in a sudden, stop working
the following feature:

when I click with the right button over a message no menu
appears. Is not the mouse, since I changed it and I knew
it wasn't because I can use the right button over the
folders in the navigation pane.

Any ideas why this might be happening?
